Police Arrest Woman In Open House Jewelry Thefts
Suspect Found Through License Plate, Police Say

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Colorado Springs police arrested a woman Sunday on suspicion she took jewelry at open houses.Police said a man and woman were seen more than twice at real estate open houses where jewelery ended up missing.Witnesses at each burglary said the suspects were driving a dark green Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Officers said they used the license plate number to track down Elizabeth Craig, 42, and Sean Spears, 25.Craig was arrested on suspicion of theft. Spears was arrested on unrelated drug charges.
